Documents Required

The following documents are needed to confirm your admission: 

1. Original Transfer certificate from the school last attended.
2. Medical fitness certificate from Hospital.
3. Attested copy of Mark sheet of previous school.
4. Passport size photograph of student.
5. Passport size photograph of each parent and local guardian.
6. Aadhar Card Copy of Student.
7. Bank Passbook Copy of Student. (Not Compulsory)
8. Last year’s Cumulative record ( Sanchaika Nond Patrika ) for 5th to 8th classes.
